Return Information
Returns for instore credit must be within 7 days, unopened, and in original conditions.
No cash refunds. Instore credits are subject to a %20 restocking fee.
No returns on media, software or manufacturer warrantied products.
An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any defective product to Cutting Edge Computers.
A completed RMA request form must be emailed or faxed to 519-685-0912 to obtain an RMA number.
Any returns must be received within 14 days at Cutting Edge Computers or before the expiry date as noted on the original invoice.
No collect shipments will be accepted, as the shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the shipper.
Any non-defective product or non CEC products will be charged $20.00 administration fee and held for pickup.
Cutting Edge Computers shall have no liability for the loss of any recorded data, regardless of the cause.
IF any of the following conditions exist the return will be rejected and held for pickup.
1. Product that has any physical damage.
2. Product that shows any signs of modifications, tampering with, overheating or misuse.
3. Removal of any warranty or serial number labels.
Instore returns.
No returns without an invoice.
Returns must be in original packaging and are serviced Tuesday to Friday only.
