All sales are final and no refunds.
Credit only within 7 days, subject to 20% restocking fee and valid for 1 year.
No returns without an invoice.
Returns must be in original packaging and are serviced Tuesday to Friday only.
No returns on media or software.
All new items and systems carry a 1 year parts & labor warranty unless otherwise specified.
Printers, monitors, software, extended and other warranties are by the manufacturer/ publisher of products.
Any signs of tampering with, overheating, misuse or misapplication voids
warranty.
Any problems
found with systems that are not hardware related will be subject to a $75/hr
consultation fee.
Cutting Edge Computers is not responsible for any typographical errors.
